Quality Assurance Manager EMEA

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that local processes needed for the Management System are established and maintained
• Perform Supplier Audits where needed
• Responsible for the Chemical Management Process
• Member of the local Management Team
• Drive the follow-up of Quality and EHS KPI, and Management Review for the site
• Support the production in Quality and EHS topics
• Support with improvement projects
• Maintain and train the organization in ADD-systems and Quality, EHS and Improvements
• Plan and ensure that internal audits and external audits are performed according to the plan for ISO 9001 and 14001
• Issue quality related non-conformity reports and follow up of these (Internal, supplier and customer related)
• Follow-up of COPQ
• Manage material certificates
• Support in risk reviews for machinery and equipment

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

• Several years of quality and EHS work
• Production experience is a plus

Technical Skills:

• MS Office

Education:

• Technical University is a plus

Languages:

• English
• Norwegian
