Mission:

As an OEM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sector. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the successful integration of our products into OEM manufacturing processes. You will work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth in the EMEA markets.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute OEM sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and target key OEM customers within EMEA.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and business agreements with OEM clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product management, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to align strategies accordingly.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring optimal integration of products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on OEM-focused campaigns and trade shows.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Regularly update CRM with customer interactions and pipeline developments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in OEM Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of OEM sales cycles, B2B negotiations, and technical sales.
  • Experience working with industrial, automotive, machinery, or electronic manufacturing OEMs.
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and expand market share

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of OEM production processes and supply chain dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP (SAP preferred), CRM tools, and reporting systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications (preferred).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or further specialization in industrial sales is a plus.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Fluent in either German or Italian (native preferred).
  • Additional European languages (e.g., French or Spanish) are a plus.

Important Targets for the Next 12 Months:

  • Develop a strong pipeline of OEM customers in the designated region.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with key OEM accounts.
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration for seamless project execution.
  • Represent the company at OEM industry events and trade fairs.
