Industrial Process Engineer

Mission

Coordinate and manage all industrial engineering related activities of Crosby site including operational technical administration, production engineering and production systems.

Job Description

•Analyse and improve the value stream.

•Manage all aspects of industrial engineering within the Crosby Putte site such as:

1. Definition of all administration aspects of technical data & documents such as in production flow management, manufacturing & testing routing time and work instructions for all products produced at Crosby Putte.
2. Definition and optimization of factory’s layout. Design and set up of product focused work cells.
3. Management of LEAN continuous improvement projects such 5S, 6-Sigma, TPM, SMED, for manufacturing, workmanship, cost management and employee technical development.
4. Active support of the introduction of new products in production.   

•Be involved in the preparation and follow up of Capex budgets.

•Setting up of project related business cases and calculation of project ROI.

•Contribute to the process definition of preventive and reactive maintenance of all Crosby Europe site facilities.

•Promote at group level the introduction of new production technology and methodology.

Skills & Qualification

Experience

• In-depth knowledge of key industrialization processes such as TPM, TQC, LEAN, 5S, Six Sigma, SMED in an industrial machinery operation.
• Min 3 years relevant experience in an international environment.

Technical Skills

• MS Office, CAD drawings
• ERP (preferably SAP)
• Project business case skills
• Product costing skills.

Education

• Technical University Degree (Preferably Electromechanical Engineering) CNC background strong plus
