Job Description:

Head tasks 1:

  • Development, support and maintenance of network solutions within Kito Crosby Europe in close cooperation with Kito Crosby US
  • Provision of support, maintenance and administration of local servers, computers and cloud applications
  • Onsite support for end-users in Düsseldorf and remote support for end-users in Europe
  • Taking on other strategic projects for the integration of acquired companies

  • IT Manager (substitute in case of absence)

Skills & Qualification:

Experience:

  • 3 years of professional experience in a similar position

Technical Skills:

  • Very good knowledge in M365, especially Entra, Intune and SharePoint Online
  • Good network knowledge and experience
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, access control lists, NAT and analysing network traffic
  • Knowledge of configuring firewalls and switches
  • Active Directory experience
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions and of tools, technologies and methods for risk assessment
  • Windows server, knowledge of MS SQL Server

Education:

  • Completed apprenticeship as "Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration" or similar apprenticeship in an IT Environment, Bachelor degree in IT

Languages:

  • Good German and very good English language skills
