Job Description:
Head tasks 1:
- Development, support and maintenance of network solutions within Kito Crosby Europe in close cooperation with Kito Crosby US
- Provision of support, maintenance and administration of local servers, computers and cloud applications
- Onsite support for end-users in Düsseldorf and remote support for end-users in Europe
- Taking on other strategic projects for the integration of acquired companies

- IT Manager (substitute in case of absence)
Skills & Qualification:
Experience:
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
Technical Skills:
- Very good knowledge in M365, especially Entra, Intune and SharePoint Online
- Good network knowledge and experience
- Understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, access control lists, NAT and analysing network traffic
- Knowledge of configuring firewalls and switches
- Active Directory experience
- Knowledge of cloud solutions and of tools, technologies and methods for risk assessment
- Windows server, knowledge of MS SQL Server
Education:
- Completed apprenticeship as "Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration" or similar apprenticeship in an IT Environment, Bachelor degree in IT
Languages:
- Good German and very good English language skills
